Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Greek flatbreads or naan-style flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup black olives or Kalamata olives sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place Greek flatbreads on the tray and lightly brush edges with olive oil for extra crispness.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce.
  5. Top with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and green bell pepper.
  6. Season with dried oregano, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired, slice, and serve warm.

  • Add grilled chicken or lamb strips for extra protein.
  • For extra crispiness, pre-bake flatbread for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Drizzle with tzatziki after baking for a creamy Greek-inspired finish.

  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in an oven or air fryer for crisp texture.
