Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place Greek flatbreads on the tray and lightly brush edges with olive oil for extra crispness.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce.
- Top with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and green bell pepper.
- Season with dried oregano, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired, slice, and serve warm.
